The Green Island Cement case is complicated by the

fact that the Tutu's writ does not run on the North River, that

ich squabbling as to proprietary right in the quarries and the division of profits is going on, as well as by a bias for favouring the local factory which is a quasi--Government concern.

The Vice-Consul goes in this afternoon to make

representations.
